NDSS has teamed up with some great talent to star in both print and digital public service announcements (PSAs) for the My Great Story campaign. The PSAs have been placed in media outlets throughout the country, including Allure, Fortune, Glamour, Newsweek, Self, Time, USA Today, Vogue and Wired, among many others.
The My Great Story campaign PSAs have attracted other types of media as well, including placements in bars, checkout counters and hospital patient and waiting rooms. Over $6 million has been donated in national and regional ad space and services, and over 225 million people across the country have seen one or more of the print and digital PSAs.
The 30-second digital PSAs feature Actor and NDSS Goodwill Ambassador Chris Burke, Actor John C. McGinley and TV Hosts Nancy O'Dell and Meredith Vieira.

The two print ads each feature one of the stories in the campaign, The Traveler, by Self-Advocate Sujeet Desai, and The Public Speaker, by Self-Adovcate Sara Wolff. They were shot by photographer Zachary Scott, whose work includes ads for Pepsi, Virgin, Chef Boyardee and HP, among others.
